Revolutionizing Cross-Border Ops: A Chatbox-Centric AI Decision Engine
The Challenge
As a leading Japanese proxy shopping and shipping platform, the client faces high volumes of repetitive inquiries (e.g., warehouse arrival confirmation, consolidation status, customs duties). Traditional support models forced agents to toggle between backend ERPs and chat windows, resulting in low efficiency. Crucially, valuable 'customer intent data' remained trapped in unstructured logs, unusable for service optimization or AI training.
Our Solution & Capabilities
We engineered a Chatbox system deeply integrated with business logic. More than just a chat window, it is a 'Context-Aware' operating system. When a user initiates a chat, the system automatically pulls their live platform order data and package status, enabling single-screen resolution. Critically, we embedded an AI data sanitization layer within the architecture, converting unstructured chit-chat into tagged 'Intent Data'. This directly solves the 'Cold Start' data problem for future LLM (Large Language Model) integration.

The UI embraces a 'Zero-Switching' philosophy, bridging the Chatbox with the core logistics database in real-time. The left panel handles multi-concurrency chat streams, while the right panel dynamically displays item details and shipping tracking. This intuitive visualization reduces complex cross-border queries from '3-minute lookups' to 'second-level responses', significantly boosting UX and conversion rates.
